Planning and calculation
Whether bumper blocks, wheel chocks, track barriers or crane track bumper blocks – we supply our customers with the right design for every requirement. Any coordination that may be required for this is carried out in cooperation with technical experts, the specialist department of DB AG and on the basis of the design approval of the Federal Railway Authority.

Production, delivery and assembly
We attach great importance to optimal quality, safe transport and easy assembly of our products. To simplify and speed up assembly, each buffer stop is pre-assembled ready for installation, so that it only needs to be fitted with the guide claws and brake elements after it has been placed on the track. In addition, we can pre-assemble the track reinforcement at the brake buffer blocks with additional brakes to place them directly on the prepared subgrade. With our new brake elements we realize short assembly times. The delivery or also the pick-up of the track closures takes place order-related.
Maintenance, spare parts and refurbishment
Recurring maintenance activities such as servicing or refurbishment are essential to maintain the specifications of the railroad infrastructure and to ensure the technical performance of the equipment. Especially because track closures are safety elements of railroad operations. They can fulfill their function only in proper condition. Maintenance takes place at regular intervals and under specified guidelines. We recondition existing track closures and supply spare parts for older and newer types.
